I trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, cooked at Petersham Nurseries in London, and spent years running kitchens for private households across London, LA, France and Ireland.

Now I'm in Norwich, doing what I love most: cooking really good food for people in their own homes. Seasonal, local, personal.
